Milan celebrates Arnaldo Pomodoro’s 90 years with a network of exhibition projects which has at its heart a retrospective curated by Ada Masoero in collaboration with the Fondazione Arnaldo Pomodoro, hosted in the Hall of the Caryatids in the Royal Palace.
The exhibition recounts the artistic career of Arnaldo Pomodoro, from 1955 to today, through a selection of his most significant works in one of the most important places, be it ancient or modern, of Milan.
In the Royal Square, for the first time in its entirety, the sculptural complex The Pietrarubbia Group will be set up. This is environmental work devised in six elements realised as a progressive aggregation of work in progress which was started in 1975 and completed in 2013.
