RizzutoGallery is delighted to present "All you can see", group show on contemporary painting, with a text by Francesco De Grandi.
The exhibition will be inaugurated on Sunday, April 29th 2018 at 12 a.m., and will remain open until May 27th, from Tuesday to Saturday 4 / 8 pm.
On show 10 artists: Maxim Brandt (Kertsch, Ucraina, 1986. He lives and works in Berlin), Stefano Cumia (Palermo, Italy,1980. He lives and works in Milan), Ben Edmunds (Norwich, 1994. He lives and works in London), Daniel Jensen (Malmö, Svezia, 1972. He lives and works in Stockholm), Vincenzo Ferlita (S.Stefano Quisquina, Agrigento, Italy, 1990. He lives and works in Palermo), Katharina Maderthaner (Meerbusch, Germany, 1982. She lives and works in Düsseldorf), Kevin McNamee-Tweed (California, 1984. He lives and works in Iowa), Alvin Ong (Singapore, 1988. He lives and works in London), Cosimo Rizzuto (Palermo, Italy, 1937. He lives and works in Palermo), Mike Shultis (Albuquerque, New Mexico, 1987. He lives and works in New Haven, Connecticut).
As the title well explains, "All you can see" allows us to watch as long as we can; a "big feed" of images, trying to take the best and without waste.
Like the practice that is now widely used in food, social networks and the internet feed us daily with food for the eyes.
And it just was after appreciating them through their Instagram profiles that some of them were invited; young and very young artists coming from different countries and cities, from Ukraine to California, from Singapore to Sweden, from the United Kingdom to New Mexico: Maxim Brandt, Daniel Jensen, Kevin McNamee-Tweed, Alvin Ong, Mike Shultis, Ben Edmunds.
The other artists on show are Vincenzo Ferlita and Cosimo Rizzuto, and two artists of the Gallery: Katharina Maderthaner and Stefano Cumia.
A collective exhibition on contemporary painting of international scope that connects different and geographically distant realities, which nevertheless manage to communicate with each other in a decidedly stimulating dialogue.
