The BOILER GROUP is pleased to present its fourth group exhibition that will take place at the Françoise Calcagno Art Studio of Venice. The artists exhibiting, of various nationalities, representing well the characteristics of the production of contemporary art and will vary in technique and materials used.
At the event will set out the new works of the artists in the group.
Elvezia Allari creates outfits, jewelry and works of textile design artificial. His materials of choice are the silicone polymers hot, cooked the wire, paper, used in an unusual way. On this occasion exhibits a dress lamp wire, crystals, flowers and paper.
Silvia Battisti creates works of smaller size where the intensity of the color, the writing of the signs, the metal lines comprise balances spatial and formal at times dramatic.
Françoise Calcagno exposes a work that is part of the cycle of paintings characterized by large fields of color closed by a black band. The canvas, the material, the color is "place", physical space, territory with limits, borders, spaces, but the color covers, includes, permeates and penetrates the beholder, exceeds the limits.
Cristina Cortese presented here studies of colored bodies on paper; colors and papers always take up much space in the artist's research. The paintings of Mario Esposito hit for the variance and the brilliance of shapes and colors, creating a microcosm in which it expresses the sensitivity of the artist, who is the original small format your media.
The latest work of Hélène Galante show the use of gold leaf on fragments of plaster falling recovered, to evoke memories in the viewer. Angela Grace Cockerel, recently entered in the group BOILER, shows these three works that are still the essence of his feeling: the wonder of color, the need for lightness, the needs of small things. The photographs of Ivana Gauls are cleverly reworked and transformed into modern art. Personal interpretations and educated at the same time, sometimes playful, highly visual and allegorical rich in quotations.
Cate Maggia has come the development of a personal technique based on the use of collage, which uses clothing and accessories that have marked its history. His works are characterized by the great complexity of the language used, a sort of visual alphabet with which expresses their emotions. The artist's book individual Alix Manchet is a woodcut, graphic work in twelve specimens on "Métropolis" - the global world - proposed at the International Biennial of Art in Venice in 2013.
The B'estes Concetta Naso, created in collaboration with Eugenia Pinna, are objects sculpture representing three animals typical of the Sardinian fauna. Entirely handmade weaving the wool on a wooden pressed.
Gabriel Perissinotto, writes Gianni Roar: "Looking at some of his paintings, one has the impression of seeing conjure the different forms of natural and artistic, which never stop in a definitive certainty in a invulnerable consistency, but vibrating fight the nothing that the wraps (...) ".
L 'Argentine Agustina Ponce presents abstract works of great impact in which the media were made entirely of material recovery.
Artist Luigi Rifani says instead E. Of Life "... we see the conceptual works, tautological, created by the alchemy of the artist, executed with great vivacity and imagination, flair and creativity, by an operator as Luigi Rifani, a bit 'visionary and a bit 'crazy like all true artists. "
Katia Scotti however, continues his artistic research within the fantastic surreal painting of paintings in acrylic on canvas. With his paintings in oil, acrylic, tempera, pencil or charcoal, the artist invites us to explore our unconscious on a fantastic journey into the world of dreams.
