A new reference point in the city for raw & vegan lovers, Soul Kitchen manages to perfectly combine high-quality cuisine and a very pleasant air, thanks to the shabby-chic touch of the location (a few steps from the royal gardens). Here raw materials – cereals, soy, seitan, legumes and vegetables – are transformed by the hands of the chef in refined and tasty dishes. The menu changes every month, even if some dishes are always present (like raw vegan courgette spaghetti, with cashew nut cream).
