Locanda Cipriani of Torcello, a traditional trattoria established by the great master chef Giuseppe Cipriani, is an exclusive charming location. An outside terrace, a garden - for romantic dinners - and two large rooms with windows overlooking the garden are the perfect place for dinner in an unforgettable setting. The cuisine of traditional dishes is excellent, offering carpaccio of thinly sliced raw meat, Torcello-style risotto and "Carlina-style" Peter’s fish. Table bookings welcome. Trivia: a must-see, in the bar room, is the large "fogher", a typical Vallesano fireplace.
