A jewel-case-reliquary, probably donated by a Pope to Emperor Valentiniano III. It owes its name to the place where it was found, the Church of Sant'Ermagora a Samagher di Pola (Croatia). Of extraordinary importance is the scene on the back showing a rare depiction of the monument erected by Constantine on the tomb of Peter the Apostle.
