DESCRIZIONE:
The two tall columns standing alone next to the basilica are all that survives of the patriarchal palace. Built from moulded limestone ashlar blocks, the columns have simple capitals and retain the cavities for the floor trussing. They are of uncertain date, although probably mediaeval.
