DESCRIZIONE:
The modern M-Museum, built in 2009 on the ruins of an old museum houses the art collection of Leuven.
With historical works of the Gothic period, as well as those of the 19th century, the M-Museum is also home to a thriving contemporary art collection.
The building itself is equally interesting, because it was designed by the Belgian architect Stéphane Beel with the aim of mixing the old with the new through the integration of the former University College of the Faculty of Sciences at the main entrance of San Ivo.
