DESCRIZIONE:
Highlights of the museum collections are the 1300s and 1400s artilleries (bombards and springalds), the XVI-century weapons and cannons, mortars and howitzers from the XVII and XVIII century. One interesting section includes weapons and relics from the campaigns of Crimea (1854-56), China (1901), Libya (1911-12) and from the two world wars. In addition to the collections of cold weapons (broadswords, dress swords and sabres) and firearms (harquebuses, puffers, portable and automatic firearms) there are also prehistoric and barbaric weapons and the 93 dervish flags (1890-93).
