Open since 1973, it is characterized by a traditional Venetian cuisine, featuring a majority of seafood, offering fish and shellfish from the Adriatic sea according to the recipes bequeathed by the Venice of centuries past, but also by a refined interpretation of Veneto and Italian cuisine which combines the use of local meats and vegetables with the influence of the art of international gastronomy. Very rich and high-quality is also the wine list of the restaurant which offers its clients the best Italian labels, the most prestigious French wines and champagnes in addition to a wide selection of foreign beverages.
The restaurant is arranged in two adjoining rooms, one features a rustic-elegant setting, the other one is a duplicate Orient Express, whose luxury furnishings faithfully reproduce the setting and intimate and cosy atmosphere of the restaurant car of the famous train connecting Venice to Istanbul and Paris.
