The GAM is preparing his first solo show in an Italian institution dedicated to the research of Cecily Brown.
The exhibition, curated by the Director of GAM, Danilo Eccher, will be staged in the space dedicated to contemporary research. The project aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the artist, through a selection of significant works that analyze all the techniques with which we compare Cecily Brown: oils, pastels, gouache, ink, pencil and watercolor applied on canvas and paper.
The exhibition will consist of approximately sixty works, including large canvases and some series of works on paper, valuable evidence that will immerse themselves in the imagination of Cecily Brown.
