Meret Oppenheim. Grab life by the tail

Johan & Levi Editore and the Circle Players in Turin, under the patronage of the Swiss Institute, announced a meeting devoted to Meret Oppenheim part of the series "Reading the art. Biographies of artists." German by birth and Swiss by adoption, Oppenheim (1913-1985) 'was one of the artists most' eclectic of the last century. Several catalogs have studied his art but no publication is focused on his private affairs. Johan & Levi published the biography dedicated to her, signed by Martina Corgnati, which traces the private and artistic life, deepening relationships, the mode 'work and the irrepressible creativity' of the artist, with surprises and revelations that emerge from the correspondence of the Oppenheim. From this biography inspired the meeting at which Mr Martina Corgnati Fiorenzo Alfieri and Massimo Leone.
