Made by architect Pietro Fenoglio and Gottardo Gussoni (1901), it is one of the most popular buildings in Art Nouveau style of Turin. It was designed as a private residence and it is named after its very first wealthy owners. The facade overlooking Corso Francia has a terrace and elegant windows with volute mouldings, the side facade has a veranda and a balcony leading out to the splendid staircase leading to the garden. The precious wooden main door is still the original one, while the metal railing is from a later period.
