DESCRIZIONE:

Since  1979,  Claudio and Tina Vannini, founders of the first vegetarian circle, opened this RistoArte to recall, through the rediscovery of the tastes and colors of mediterranean cuisine, the necessity to care for  the earth's creatures. In no time, Il Margutta, where art, music and cuisine meet, became a meeting place for intellectuals, politicians and artists.
