DESCRIZIONE:
This series of works was created by Jacopo Palma the Younger between 1580 and 1581 at the behest of the parish priest Giovanni Maria Da Ponte, depicted in the altar painting. The iconographic plan aimed to celebrate the Eucharist according to the dictates of the Council of Trent, presenting its antecedents from the Old Testament and depicting it on the vault surrounded by the Evangelists.
