It is one of the most valuable Art Nouveau buildings of Turin.
It was built near piazza Castello by Carlo Ceppi between 1892 and 1898.
The facade is characterised by bow windows topped by loggias, elegant balconies and decorative elements of so-called litocemento concrete in contrasting colours with masonry. The building was one of the first buildings of the city to be built on a reinforced concrete structure.
