Bistrot de Venise was established in 1993. It is a hangout and meeting point where figurative arts, poetry and cultivated rendezvous blend together with Food & Wine. Since 1999 it started a search for Rare Wines and Historical Venetian Cuisine which strengthens the concept of culture applied to local-regional food and wine.
