Beyond reality: Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the gallery Melori & Rosenberg in Venice opening of the exhibition of the painter Serena Zors Breuer with a multimedia performance of light, words and music. Inaugurated Wednesday, May 6 to 19 at the Galleria Melori & Rosenberg in Venice, located in the charming and historic setting of the Campo del Ghetto Novo (Cannaregio 2919), the exhibition "Beyond the real", staff of the painter, designer and sculptor Italian Serena Zors Breuer, active for decades in Monaco of Bavaria, which will be introduced on the floor by the critic Marianna Accerboni: showcasing more than thirty between acrylics, oils, Tiffany glass and sculptures in SPECKSTEIN, recent and exquisite workmanship and great inspiration. The paint will be highlighted by a special multi-media performance of light, words and music, conceived by Accerboni: actors Gualtiero Giorgini and Roberta Colacino, immersed in a series of color effects fade, will read the story "The mystery of the girl and the tree "composed by the works of the writer and essayist Zors Khaled Fouad Allam, former columnist of the Republic and now Il Sole 24 Ore and author of" The Jihadist Next Door "(Piemme). Silvio Donati, composer of Europe, will perform on the piano of songs he created for the occasion and inspired by the works of the artist. The exhibition is sponsored by the farm Vistorta of Brandino Brandolini D'Adda - Sacile (Pordenone).
An artist at the same time simple to the topics, playful, symbolic, colorful, cheerful - writes Marianna Accerboni - but complex for multiple and symbolic universe that underlies his articulate and lively compositions, and in sculpture seem to find a moment of peace and reflection. On the one hand appears an enthusiasm and instinctive life, childlike, to the world and its secrets, the other near fatal intuition of a woman who knows how to capture the element of existence irrational and magic, taking refuge in the dream and in a unreal world and enchanted to avoid evil and to express the need for freedom; but also to give the viewer a moment of magical beauty, of divertissement and dream of hope, distracting from a technological universe and often steeped in loneliness.

Serena Zors, born in Trieste, he devoted himself from an early age to drawing and painting. In his early twenties he moved to Monaco of Bavaria, where he learned the technique Tiffany, that carries on its design, objects, lamps and stained glass that collect large consensus and lead to work well in interior. Since '91 he exhibited in Trieste, Venice and Monaco, where, at Spazio Arte Vinissimo receives the Medal of Merit for the Italian all'estero.Verso the late '80s at the Metropolitan Museum in New York triggered the interest in sculpture and here are elegant and soft works in SPECKSTEIN (steatite). In 2014 he exhibited with great success at the Jubilee Hall and the Gallery Rettori Tribbio of Trieste.
