The atmosphere of this typical restaurant is dynamic and witty. The owner, Lucio Bisutto, plays on the guitar a repertoire of songs sung in vernacular. In addition to live music, especially the weekend band performances, and the famous guests who have dined in its rooms, the restaurant – a short walk from the Biennale – offers the best dishes of traditional Venetian cuisine, like brusiolo (cuttlefish), canoce (mantis shrimps) and fried bisato (eel).
